From January 27th – 30th 2025, the CAJO delivered a four-day intensive training programme to Judicial Officers and Judicial Research Assistants of the Judiciary of Guyana. Strengthening the Judicial Office was designed to employ different methods of learning towards achieving the objectives and outcomes of each module.

The programme offered multiple sessions across five areas:

– Effective and Efficient Caseflow Management
– Legal Research Tools and Preparation of Hearing Notes
– Principles of and Tools for Judgment Writing
– Constitutional Interpretation and Legal Argumentation
– Ethics and Professional Excellence in the Administration of Justice
