The CAJO delivered training to Judicial and non-judicial Officers of the Barbados Judiciary. The theme was: “Striving for Excellence”. This training programme provided deep dives into the areas of Value Centric Approaches to Excellence, the International Framework for Court Excellence, Process Delays, Preparing and Delivering Oral Judgments, Legal Research and Case Preparation, Projectising Cases, and Tools for Effective and Efficient Caseflow Management.
