On Thursday 07th April, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. AST, the CAJO and JURIST Project hosted the second of two judicial education sessions for regional Magistrates and Judges of the Parish Court. Preparing Decisions for Timely Delivery offered judicial officers in attendance a practical learning opportunity to use a model checklist to assist with case management and, ultimately, preparing and delivering decisions in a timely manner. The session was facilitated by:
• Justice Lisa Ramsumair-Hinds, Trinidad and Tobago
• Chief Justice (Ag) Roxane George, Guyana
• Justice Peter Jamadar, CCJ/CAJO
Over 70 participants joined the webinar and engaged with the facilitators.
