From January 26th – 28th 2023, the CAJO, in partnership with the Judicial Reform and Strengthening (JURIST) Project, facilitated an intensive three-day judicial training programme for judicial officers of the Supreme Court of Barbados.

The training programme, Achieving Goals, Meeting Expectations: A Deep Dive Exploration, explored topics such as Judicial Leadership, Accountability, and Responsibility; Civil and Criminal Case Management; Setting and Sustaining Performance Standards; and Issue-Driven Approaches to Civil Case Management and Decision-making.

The expert programme team responsible for the design and delivery of the programme comprised:
